Shipping within Australia

All parcels are shipped from our warehouses in Cockburn Central, WA from postcode 6164 and Malaga WA 6090 using Australia Post, TNT Express and Courier Please.

 

Regular Post:

• FREE for orders over $299
• $10 for orders under $299
• Every Parcel with Tracking Information!
• If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately and one of our customer service representatives will be of assistance.

WA HAIR SUPPLIERS MALAGA provides a priority dispatch service for a $10 surcharge. Customers that select this service will have their order dispatched on the same day if placed prior to 12pm or next business day if placed after 12pm.

WA HAIR SUPPLIERS MALAGA will dispatch standard* orders within 1-2 business days from time of order.

*standard orders exclude orders that contain clearance items, priority dispatch or same day delivery

All orders are supplied with a Tracking Number and can be traced by clicking on the link provided once your orders are dispatched.

We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers, locked bags or any service where the receiver is not there to sign for the delivery.

You may experience an additional waiting period for dispatch and delivery during peak periods, sale events and uncontrollable weather.
